Beyond The Sea is a seaside style home in Old Florida Village. We are the second home nearest the beach. There are actually three beaches surrounding us. There are two pools in the neighborhood for your enjoyment. Our home is actually only three years old in a family friendly community of 75 colorful seaside homes. The decor is beachy and relaxing. There are four bedrooms and an additional room on the third floor tower we use as a bedroom also. Kitchen is modern as are baths.The home is made of hardiplank with tin roof. Balcony is off the master bedroom and there is a side porch with outdoor shower, a front porch with rockers. The floors are Southern Pine with the exception of three of the upstairs bedrooms.Master Bath has double headed showers. Our home was featured in Better Homes and Gardens Summer Edition Decorating last summer. You will love the neighborhood, the shopping, the slightly secluded atmosphere. Our neighborhood is surrounded by lush tropical native plants to the area.We are only 15 minutes from the Destin/Sandestin shops, but are beaches are less busy and absolutely gorgeous! White crystalline sands and emerald waters. All beaches on 30A are blue wave beaches. We have dunes, lakes, state parks, cafe's, bike trails. The area will make you want to return again and again. We did. Went on vacation last year and decided we wanted to purchase a home in the area. We are looking forward to having you visit!
