Ft. 4BR/3BA w/Heated Pool the rental rate includes ALL taxes, we charge a $250 refundable security deposit to reserve your dates, we charge a flat cleaning fee per property. Well Maintained Homes - we maintain home service contracts to cover our Refrigerators, Ranges, Water Heaters, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Washer and Dryers as well as our Air Conditioning units. Well Preserved Homes - our homes are always beautiful, clean and welcoming. We perform the following services, Weekly Exterior & Monthly Interior Extermination, Weekly Pool Service, Bi-Weekly Landscaping Service & Monthly Weed Treatments. We listen to our renters and work diligently to provide the best setting possible, please view all of our guest comments! Guest Comment: Wow. Gary and Angie, our experience at Hollywood Hills was amazing! My friends are still raving about your house and the ample amenities that you provided. All 12 of us had the necessary bath items, beach chairs, beach towels, sun tan lotion, etc. Gary and Angie were both very responsive. Every need was met and then some. Thanks Angie for all the extra beds and bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this home. What more could we ever want. You really took the time to think of everything that guests staying at your property would need and we are really appreciative. It was an amazing stay and we most certainly would stay again. It was a wonderful location, if you want to travel to Hollywood casino, South Beach, or tailgating and going to a NFL game. I could go on and on. Thank you!
