A fantastic apartment situated right in the heart of the city on Nevsky Prospect. The apartment is a five minute walk from the Moscow train station and just two minutes from Plshchad Vostaniya metro station. The apartment has a beautiful, tastefully decorated interior done in light colors making it quite pleasant. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a double, pull out sofa in the living room. There is always hot water because of the apartments private furnace. The property is also well equipped with satellite TV, microwave, two music centers, and other amenities. The apartment is both light, and very, very quiet. The entrance is also quite good. Please be informed, that the cost for the apartment in Peak season: Dec 22 - Jan 10, June 1 - July 10 will increase by 15%. If the Customer cancels his or her reservation up to 7 days before check in, the Customer???s money will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee associated with paper work associated with making the booking. A cancellation charge equal to 1 night???s accommodation per apartment booked will be applied if cancellation is made within 7 days or less of check in or if the Customer fails to arrive. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 1 night???s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the Customer moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the Customer???s reserved departure time.
