Glenbrook and Incline Village are nearby. The house is available all winter long, including Christmas, New Years and President's day weekends. My beach and the view are the main attractions since they allows a no hassle vacation. The home is secluded from the wind and has an always changing dynamic view. Golf is 2.5 miles away by car and numerous restaurants are nearby. Need to loose a little? Visit the casinos which are also 2 miles away. In the winter skiing is fabulous and a pass is only $329! Heavenly has great snow making so in dry years you still can ski.
A great hot tub on the deck, fireplace, satellite TV, internet (bring your own laptop), deck with picnic table, a sandy beach, no stairs to the house and a view to die for. Pets welcome
Summer rates vary from $400 to $700/ night. There is a $150 cleaning fee and a 10% room tax. off season rates are less.
