Relax on the back deck and watch the golfers go by, or join in. Cross country ski or snoeshoe right out the back door on the golf course. Or walk 50 yards into the back entrance to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch - where you are allowed use of all amenities. Or take your fishing pole out back to the private stocked trout ponds available to you as a guest. Winter Park ski resort is only a 15 minute drive. Rocky Mtn National Park is 20 minutes away. Grand Lake and Lake Granby are 20 minute drive - both offer boat rentals, fishing, snow mobiling. Fraser Tubing hill nearby.
