The bottom floor has a bedroom & 3/4 bath. The one car garage is heated. Out the back bedroom is the new hot tub that seats six. Up one flight of stairs is the family room that has a fireplace & pull out sofa. There is also a 36 inch T.V. with DVD/VCR & Dish network. The dinning area leads out to a small balcony with a gas BBQ grill. There is a full kitchen that has: Grante counters, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots-n-pans, glasses, etc. The dry storage always has; popcorn, hot coca & oat meal. The upstairs has two bedrooms seperated by a full bath. There is also a washer dryer unit for the long stays. One bedroom has a new queen bed and the other has two twins with a trundle bed. There is a walk in closet and tons of space for storage.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
The winter time is for skiing at Winter park/Mary Jane. There is also a local sleading hill for the kids and a huge tubing hill in Fraser. They do not take credit cards or checks. After skiing you can drive 20 minutes to Hot Sulpher springs to soak in 22 natural hot springs. The Summer is full of: Concerts, fishing, Golf, mountain bike trails and a trip to grand lake is a must. Grand lake has: Boating, horse back riding, theater and the back entrance to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park. Wild life such as Elk and Moose are abound. Fall is a great time to come up and see the colors. Great place hunt and fish.
