This condo is truly my "home away from home." This one bedroom/one
bathroom unit sleeps 4, and it is conveniently located behind the
Safeway grocery store in Fraser. There is a free local shuttle
called "The Lift" that stops near my front door every 30 minutes and
drops you off in town and at the base of the ski hill.
Special features include a deck with a beautiful sunset view of Byers
Peak.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Fraser is adjacent to Winter Park and is only 5 miles from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort and 3 miles to the center of Winter Park.
You can drive or take "The Lift" into town and explore the dining options and
shops. Take a trip up the mountain and dine at beautiful Sunspot!
Rent a snowmobile and test your driving skills. Pick up some snow
shoes and treat yourself to some healthy cardio activity hiking some
of Winter Parks beautiful trails. For a good laugh, go to the
Fraser Tube Hill and bomb down the slope on an old tractor trailer
inner tube, screaming and laughing all the way of course!!
You might want to spend a day exploring the nearby town of Hot
Sulphur Springs to enjoy the wonderful hot springs available there!
Granby and Grand Lake are not far away, and they also provide loads
of dining and entertainment options.
Winter Park is an adventure vacationer's dream.

There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in
the living room, full bathroom, large living room with a fireplace.
Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and an array of spices are
provided with my compliments in the fully equipped kitchen.
There is cable TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo with CD player. The unit
is equipped with FREE WIRELESS ACCESS and a telephone for local and
toll-free calls.
A coin-operated washer/dryer is located downstairs
in the commons area.
