Specific information about property
An outstanding holiday villa with large screened pool and spa overlooking conservation views. The extended patio area has bbq. and lania with dining area and ceiling fans.
The comfortable family room has 51" screened tv with multi channels, music system and film library. The kitchen has a breakfst bar and every appliance inc. dishwasher and fridge freezer. The formal dining area overlooks the pool area. We have 2 master suites an the ground floor, both with kingsized beds. There is a 3rd bedroom on the lower floor with queensized bed and on the upper floor are 3 childrens themed rooms. For the girls we have the Disney Princess room and for boys a space rooms, both with twin beds. Older children can enjoy the American sports room which has bunk beds (lower bunk is double). This room also has a sofa bed. We also have ps2, 5 tv's in total and music system. The games room has a full sized pool table, foozeball and childrens area.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community only 5 minutes from Disney. The onsite facilites are free to guests. The attractions include olympic sized swimming pool, childrens pool, luxury club house, internet cafe, cinema, state of the art gymnasium, pool tables, film library, sundry shop, childrens play area, bbq areas, volley ball and picnic areas.
Formosa Gardens shopping village has 24 hr supermarkets, restaurants and specialist shops and is just 3 minutes away.
The Mystic Dunes golf course is near by and within a 2 mile radius are 3 further golf courses.
Walt Disney World is close by and access to Celebration, Florida shopping malls and Theme Parks is just a short drive away.
