Our premiere Town House is located in the secured, gated, five star resort
community of Windsor Palms. This resort is located only minutes from Disney
and other local attractions, as well as many different restaurants and shops.
Our home features over 1440 square feet of air conditioned living space. With
three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and
living room, there is sure to be plenty of room to accommodate the whole family.
Downstairs you will find one of the master bedrooms. This room features a queen
size bed. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a
king size bed, while the remaining bedroom has a pair of twin beds. Each bedroom
has its own TV and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom downstairs also has hallway
access. The master bathroom includes a garden tub for extra room and comfort.
In addition, a full size washer and dryer, as well as all of your linens and towels have been provided.
The full size living room provides you everything you will need to remain entertained!
This room features a 50 inch big screen television with DVD and VCR. There is a queen
size sleeper sofa which will accommodate an additional two people, as well as a love
seat and comfort chair. The downstairs living areas are completely tiled.
The fully equipped kitchen will have everything you need to feel right at home. Here
you will find all of your major appliances, including oven, range, refrigerator, freezer,
dishwasher, and microwave. There is also cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, all
utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and much more!
At the rear of the home is a splash pool that measures 12 feet by 12 feet. This
screened in unit is the ideal place to sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation.
For added piece of mind, our home is proudly looked after and cared for by a local management company. Their friendly staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you
with any questions or concerns you may have during your visit!

Description of surrounding area and attractions
We are located only minutes from Disney and other major attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios. As well as being surrounded by shopping, dining and golf. We are about an hours drive of the coast which offers such things as deep sea fishing, Busch Gardens, Cape Canaveral. Central Florida is filled with so many things to do to enjoy ones vacation.

As a guest of our home at Windsor Palms, you and your family will be able to enjoy all
of the amenities this premiere resort has to offer, including the community pool, spa,
sauna, refreshment bar, basketball courts, tennis courts, and sand volleyball courts.
Your children will love the play area, and your family can enjoy a cookout at the picnic
area with charcoal grills. Spend a relaxing evening in the clubhouse lounge, challenge
your skills in their first class game room, work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center,
or catch a movie in their 58 seat community movie theater showing nightly! Why go
