Windsor Hills is a secure gated community and all guests have access to all the resorts many facilities. Situated in the Club House is a Fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment, billiards and video game area and Sundry shop. There is also a 50 seat surround sound movie theatre where it is possible to watch your own choice of film as well as anyone else’s. There is also a water park pool complete with its own water slide and spa.

$1200 -1800 USD per week plus 13% Florida tax; pool heat $25 per night extra (optional).
$120 cleaning fee for stays of less than 6 nights.
If you cancel more than 60 days in advance of your arrival, we will refund you the deposit. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit 50% of the total rental cost.

Deposits:
$300 USD non-taxed, refundable security deposit is required to reserve booking. Deposit will be refunded based on satisfactory inspection of the villa and no evidence of damage.
