Our 2 bedroom condo is located in the 5 star community of Windsor Hills. Located just off US 192 at mile marker 4, it is only 2 short miles to Disney and has amenities galore! This fabulous new resort features a lagoon style pool with walk-in access, water slide, dancing fountains and secluded hot tub. The clubhouse features a private cinema with regular showings of popular family favorites, pool tables, ping pong tables, video games, sundry shop and fitness center. There is also an enormous Castle themed playground and picnic area as well as outdoor tennis, basketball, volleyball courts and a putting green. This first floor condo is fully furnished with full kitchen, living room(with pullout sofa), dining area, screened lanai, master bedroom suite (queen bed), a second bedroom (2 twin beds and a double size futon), 2 full bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer in the unit. Stay connected with cable TV in 3 rooms, 2 DVD players, high speed Internet and free long distance in the US.

We are conveniently located 2 miles off of US 192 and adjacent to Mystic Dunes Golf Course (#2 rated course in Orlando). There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and all kinds of entertainment located in the immediate vicinity. World Drive (Disney World) is located less than 2 miles away.

Gigantic lagoon style pool with waterpark style waterslide, dancing fountains, zero grade entry area and secluded hot tub area. The clubhouse has billiards, game room, ping pong, fitness center, sundry shop and a 48 seat movie theatre. There is a huge castle themed playground area with a giant chess board. The outdoor rec facilities include basketball, volleyball, tennis and a putting green. Free parking for cars, trailers and RVs/Campers.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Rates range from $85-$125 per night depending on the season. Please inquire with your dates. Stays of less than 7 nights incur a one time cleaning fee of $55. All reservations add a 13% Tax rate.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that you exercises your right to cancel the following cancellation policy penalty rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on booking confirmation) apply:
- Up to 30 Days prior to arrival, $50 administration fee plus tax
- Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival, 25%
- Between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50%.
- Between 6 and 3 days prior to arrival, 75%.
- Less than 2 days prior to your arrival, no refund.

Deposits:
A deposit of $200 is required to reserve your dates.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
