Specific information about property
This is a new home onto the rental market, it has been furnished by the owners themselves and painted thru out. The lounge has large reclining sofas, a 50" TV with cable, internet access and long distance/international calling. The dining are seats 6 at a very attractive Dolphin table, there is further seating in the nook + the breakfast bar. There are 2 x King ensuites, a Queen suite and 2 x twin suites - all rooms have ceiling fans as well as full air conditioning. Every bedroom has cable TV + DVD, one twin has a PS/2.
On the lanai there is a large table & chairs, loungers and a large BBQ - the lanai has 2 ceiling fans. The pool deck is extended and although faces west has a southerly aspect too so gets the sun from early in the morning until it sets in the evening.
In the garage you will find a pool table, air hockey table and a dart board. There is extra lighting and a stand alone fan for your comfort.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Windsor Hills is 2 miles from Disney, close to all the shops and restaurants. The resort is gated with manned gates 24/7. There are so many things to do on Windsor Hills, from watching a film at the private theatre to sliding down the water slide at the huge lagoon style pool that has a beach entrance and in pool jets. There are interactive jet fountains for the children, table tennis pool side, a hot tub, a shop, games room, fitness room, various ball courts, a 9 hole putting green and various childrens playgrounds. There is also a wildlife lake.

Rates start from $175 per night to $225.
If written notice of cancellation is received the following charges will apply:
42 or more days prior to arrival - No Charge
41 to 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of Rental is Retained, 50% Returned
29 to 10 days prior to arrival - 75% of Rental is Retained, 25% Returned
9 days prior to arrival to No Show- 100% of Rental is Retained.
All bookings deposits are non refundable

Deposits:
A deposit of $309 is required, the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Minimum bookings are of 5 nights, if less then a clean fee of $105 + tax is added to the rent.
