Our condo is a 3 bed, 2 bath vacation property that will sleep 6 in the beutiful, gated Windsor Hills Resort. This is a corner unit which allows for greater privacy and reduced noise from other units. Large screen TV in living room and TV/DVD players in both master bedrooms. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Fully functional kitchen and laundry.

We are located within 3 miles of the Disney theme parks, Universal and Seaworld. Located in the exclusive Windsor Hills Resort with an olympic sized community swimming pool and impresive water slide for the children, 10 person hot tub, putting green, volley ball, tennis, and a large castle playscape. The club house offers a gym, game rooms for children and adults alike, and a large outdoor lounge for relaxing with friends and family.

 Additional information about amenities:

Screened in deck, washer and dryer, all linens, towels and bedding included. Kitchen is fully functional. HANDICAPPED ACCESIBLE!!

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Rates are $63.00 to $99.00 per night depending upon season. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date are subject to loss of deposit. Full deposit refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival date.

 Deposits:

25% of reservation due at time of reservation and the remainding balance due two weeks before arrival.
