This is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit, very spacious, it accomodates up to 8 guests. We have a king, queen, 2 twin beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, a roll away bed and a portable playpen that serves as a crib. Our beds have hypoallergenic covers and water proof pads to ensure cleanliness.The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, 3 TVs with DVD/VHS players, child's stroller, booster chair, games, toys, books and videos you can use. We provide linens, detergent, paper products and toilettries. This unit is also wheelchair accessible. The amenities are second to none and the location is superb, munutes away from many attractions. Just around the corner, you will find many shopping areas and a great selection of restaurants. If you just want to relax and have a meal in the condo, there are supermarkets close by.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This condo is located in the heart of the action, but once you are in the property, it is a gated community and it feels like home. You are minutes away from the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Disney's water parks (Blizzard Beach, River Country, etc.). It is also close to other attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Disney's Pleasure Island, Dinner Shows, museums, Cirque du Soleil Show, malls and many shopping areas.

Amenities
Windsor Hills is a gated resort community, only guests and owners have access to the amenities provided. These include: lagoon style pool with slide and fountains, game room, movie theater, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, children's park, communal barbecue area, excersize room, Sundry shop, pool table, ping pong tables, hot tub and open space with lake.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Our rates are from $80 to $120, depending on the season. Best rates are given when renting for a week ( 7 nights) There is a cleaning fee of $70 for rentals of less than 7 nights. A $200 refundable deposit is require to hold your reservation. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your stay. There is a cancellation fee of $50 if you cancel more that 30 days in advance. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, you forfeit your deposit.
