Grab your sunscreen and towel and walk steps along the tropical lakefront path to the beautiful pool and clubhouse complex! Our vacation home was designed with comfort in mind from the cushy couches to the fabulous mattresses! The kitchen has all full-sized appliances - refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all necessary house wares. The casual palm tree theme living room has a queen sleeper sofa, color TV/cable, Hi Speed Internet hookup, DVD/VCR/CD/MP3 player, stereo, Sony PS 2, games, books and local info. Dining room seats 8. All bedrooms have new beddings and window treatments, cable TVs and DVD players. The master and queen suites feature a king and queen beds with private and adjoining baths respectively and Sony Dream Machines. The guest bedroom has 2-twin beds. We have bed linens, shower/pool towels hand held shower massages, hand vac, high chair, porta-crib and bed rail. We have a screened lanai and are smoke and pet free.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Located at our main crossroad is a small market and just down the road a full scale Publix supermarket, along with a variety of restaurants, shopping and local attractions. Less then a half a mile up the road is Interstate 4 that leads to Universal, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, outlet shopping, dinner theaters (all between 10 and 20 minutes away) and other major attractions. Best of all, Windsor Hills is located 3 miles from the Disney Main Gate, where you will find the four major Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and MGM), the three themed water parks (Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and River Country) and various other Disney attractions like the Boardwalk, Downtown Disney, Disney miniature golf and more. There are dozens of highly rated local golf courses, including Mystic Dunes which borders Windsor Hills.

$150 per week deposit is required upon signing to hold dates with the balanace due 7 weeks prior to arrival. A $85 cleaning fee is charged for stays of less then one week.
