Amenities
Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis, putting green and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground.
Our enormous clubhouse over-looking the pool is stocked with billiards tables and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater.

Off Peak - $155 to $165 per night; Mid season - $175 per night; Peak - $189 per night; Holidays - $219 per night
Any cancellation prior to 46 days may have the deposit refunded. All cancellations will be subject to an administrative/cancellation fee of $50. Any cancellation within the 45 days of arrival may result in partial or total loss of any monies paid. Any refund of the monies paid is the sole decision of the property owner.

A Reservation deposit of $220 is required within 5 days of reserving to secure the property(s). The balance of the monies is required 45 days prior to your arrival. Payment by check or credit card is accepted. Administration Fee of $35 or 6% which ever is greater, will apply for Wire Transfers, Credit Card or Pay Pal Payments.
