The 1st floor features a living room with sofa bed, loveseat, & chair, cable TV, DVD & VCR players, a fully equipped eat in kitchen, dining room, 1st master bedroom has king bed & ensuite full bath, the 2nd master includes a queen bed & ensuite bath, also a Disney themed kid's bedroom with 2 twin beds, just steps away from a full bath. The 2nd floor consists of a king bedroom & a Disney themed kid's bedroom with bunk beds & 1 twin bed(sleeps 3). Each bedroom has it's own full bath & cable TV. The garage game room features a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, electronic double basketball hoops, & electronic darts, with a full sized washer & dryer. Outside in the screened in pool area, is a covered lanai with patio table, chairs & sun loungers & BBQ grill. The pool & spa can be optionally heated, & comes with a child safety fence.

Free access to the community facilities is provided, which includes an olympic sized pool with water slide, spa, fitness room, game room, movie theater, children's playground, & more. Only 2 miles from Disney, close to Sea World, Universal Studios, & all Orlando attractions. Nearby are numerous restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, & golf courses.
