Enjoy our spacious, two storey villa, with a bathroom for each bedroom will provide plenty of space for your group. The villa is furnished with luxurious fabrics & furnishings and fully loaded with extra features. The pool is south-facing with raised spa and extended deck. The covered Lanai dining area (w/ceiling fan) is double in length. Florida is all about outdoor living! The living room, kitchen & nook all overlook the pool area.
Cable TV throughout with DVD or VCR's in living room & all bedrooms. Living room has 32" TV and stereo. You'll enjoy the den's home cinema with 37" TV screen. Ideal for sporting events or movies. House is equipped with WIFI and had free local and international phone calls. There is also a Playstation II and stock of board games.
Child friendly features include high chair, stroller, pack & play, room monitors - and our home faces onto the very large children's playground.
Games room includes air hockey, foosball and ping pong.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Windsor Hills is 2.5 miles from the gates of Disney and less than 1 mile south of Hwy 192 at Disney marker 4. There are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls within the area. We are 10 miles from Orlando International Airport.

Amenities
The clubhouse facilities are second to none and are included as part of all rental packages. The huge pool has a cork screw slide as well as child friendly shallow areas and a 'dancing' fountain. The surround sound cinema has a selection of 400 films. The fitness room/gym, billards, ping pong, video games and handy sundry shop all make for a magic vacation spot. The castle themed playground faces our home and we are a 4 minute walk to the clubhouse.
