This beautifully presented 3 bed / 2 bath condo is a 4th floor (top floor) corner unit with elevator access, has a Disney firework view, overlooks the recreation area (tennis/basketball/putting/sand volleyball) and is just a 2-3 minute walk to the pool and clubhouse.
We provide free phone calls to more than 50 countries and high speed internet access.
The condo has been furnished to a very high standard and we have provided luxury pillow top mattresses on all the beds for extra comfort,cable tv in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, 4 tvs and dvds, CD player, PS2 and a selection of games and dvds, fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, crockery and utensils. A washer and dryer, iron & ironing board, 2 alarms clocks, 2 hairdryers, linens and towels are also provided.
The bedrooms are king, queen and twins with a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge.
The condo is fully air conditioned and is strictly no smoking and no pets.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Windsor Hills Resort is a fantastic gated community with a 24 hour manned entry and is enviably positioned around 2 miles from Disney's main gate.
You will be within easy reach of all the main attractions including Universal & Seaworld around 15 minutes drive, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre around 60-90 minutes drive and Clearwater / St Petes around 2 hours away.
If golf is your weakness you will be spolit for choice with numerous golf courses within easy reach including the Mystic Dunes course right next door. (Mystic Dunes will usually negotiate a discount for our guests).
The Orlando area is a shopper's paradise and as well as a good range of shops and supermarkets close by there are several malls and designer outlets within 20-30 minutes drive.
Windsor Hills is on Old Lake Wilson Road (SR545) off Rt 192 and you will find many restaurants, take aways and supermarkets locally.
Orlando airport is around 20 minute drive & Sanford around 60 minutes.
