Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
Sundays through Thursdays $275 per night. Fridays and Saturdays $350 per night. Two Night Minimum. Holidays are weekend rates.
Cancellation:
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date and the Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by the Tenant’s Check-In Date, the Tenant will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.

Deposits:
Cleaning Fee included for 6. Requesting time 90 days in advance a deposit of $400.00 required in the form of a check or credit card to secure the desired days. This will be applied to the total rent.
