December to mid-April weekends (Friday and Saturday) are $1800 per night and weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) are $1200/ngiht. End of April to the end of November: $1200/night. Christmas period: $1800/night Most weekends are a minimum three night stay with a few exceptions during the shoulder season (late April/early May and again in October). We have a no refund policy on all bookings.
10% deposit will secure your dates. An additional 15% payment is due 6 months prior to arrival. Final (75%) payment is due 2 months prior to arrival.
