There are great Ocean , Mountain and outer island views. The property is only 1.5 miles to Keawekapu Beach in Wailea and several other Wailea beaches and the shops at Wailea are within 2 miles. Seperate cottage available too. All the south shore beaches of Wailea/Kihei area are a very short drive. The weather is great. Much sun on this side of the island! There are many upgrades in this house including granite , tile and glass block. There is a swimming pool and hot tub surrounded by a 900 sq ft flagstone deck that attaches the home which is built in 2 buildings. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a super outdoorshower as well. The home sleeps 6 but if there are children we allow up to 8 guests.The sunset OCEAN views are lovely and the Mountain (Haleakala) views are outstanding.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
This property is very unique and is located in a very desireable neighborhood above Wailea. It is considered a Kihei address but is distinctly over the boundry into Wailea. The yard is stunning and this house has a country feel as the 20,000 acre ranch IS the back yard! There are many boat trips that take off from this side of the island such as whale watching and dive trips - The south side of Maui is the more sunny location. The Kihei Boat Ramp is only 1.75 miles away and that is where you take off to the Molokini snorkle spot and whale watching, diving or even fishing. Wailea and Kihei golf are within 5 min. The beach closest to the house is called Keawekapu. It is the first Wailea beach and is fantastic. There are many more as you get into Wailea or back towards Kihei its the same thing. You really can''t go wrong with this house and location. The ammennities are great and the privacy is super and location, location, location!
