Deposits:
The $100 security deposit and a $200 key deposit is fully refundable if the unit is left in clean condition, and the keys are returned. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a responsible adult, guardian or parent. Guests agree to hold owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage resulting from carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of guests and their visitors. A refund, after full payment is received, will only be available if the unit is fully re-rented for the time period
