Welcome to our fabulous 3 bedroom 2 bath Vista Cay condo at Harbor Square. Our condo is located in the heart of Orlando Florida close to Disney, near the Orlando Convention Center, next to Sea World and many other Orlando attractions.

A third floor condo in the newer Vista Cay with great view of fireworks from the patio. This condo is bright and cheerful with a Tommy Bahama theme. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a walk-out balcony. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the Master suite with 19" TV, Queen bed in the second bedroom with 14" TV/DVD, twin beds in the third bedroom with 14" TV/DVD, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Also, a 27" TV with DVD in the living room.

Amenities: Hi-speed internet, Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer, Dryer, No Smoking, No Pets.

Rates for the Anna`s Joy Vacation Rental Condo


 Daily rent: $99 - $135

 Lodging tax: 16.5%

 Cleaning fee: $75

 Minimum stay: 2 Day(s)

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

HIGH 2010 (Jan 01 - Apr 30)
LOW (May 01 - May 31)
HIGH (Jun 01 - Aug 15)
LOW (Aug 16 - Dec 31)

Cancellation Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form. Cancellation will incur the following charges:
1. 12 weeks or more prior to your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee.
2. Between 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of rental amount is returned to you.
3. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount is kept by Condos at OCCC.


If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
No refunds for early departure.

 Deposits:

Half down deposit to reserve the condo (no exceptions)

 Entrance keys receiving:  Lock Box

 Entrance keys returning:  Lock Box
