Description of surrounding area and attractions
Located in private community just south of Rudee Inlet, which separates Croatan from the Va. Beach resort area. Beach is owned and maintained by the City but is basically only used by the community residents, so it feels very private. Five minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to restaurants and resort attractions. One mile from Virginia Aquarium, tennis courts, water park.
One-half mile from Rudee Inlet's sport fishing, parasailing, jet skis, siteseeing boats, etc. Five golf courses are within a fifteen minute drive.

Amenities
Two master suites with king size beds and private baths. Four tv's, dvd player, outside gas grill, outside hot and cold shower, outside half bath. One bedroom with Queen size bed and adjacent full bath. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins). These last two rooms share a bath and a sitting area with tv on the first floor. There is also a sitting area on the third floor that has a daybed with trundle.
