The deck itself has a large patio table, 6 chairs, lounger and huge Bar B Que. The deck offers a very nice view over the city and Craigdarroch Castle. Overall this condo is 100% better than any hotel room in Victoria.

The surrounding area is very attractive. London Drugs and The Market on Yates ( food store ) are right across the street.Medical Clinic is also just across the street. Movie theaters are a 5 minute walk. The Ocean and Dallas road can be reached by a delightful walk through the Cook St Village or James Bay. Both ares's offer lots of little shops for the traveller and are very interesting to browse through.For the person that wants to browse through the antique stores, we are only 2 blocks from the famous Fort St. Resturants and night life locations are all walking distances that can be reached under 15 minutes.Major attractions can be reached by walking as well, some of the attractions are: Parliment Buildings, B.C Museum, Empress Hotel, The Inner Harbour,Royal London Wax Museum and Many more. Our Inner Harbour offers the opportunity to take a trip to watch the whales, go fishing, take a dinner cruise or just a boat ride up the Gorge Water Way.Other attractions like Butchart Gardens,The Port of Sidney are easily attainable.

All rates are in Canadian Dollars. Daily from $175.00. Weekly from $ 1100.00 and Monthly from $3000.00. If the condo is booked and then a cancellation request is requested a fee of 15% will be deducted from the monies received ONLY if the owner can re- book the property. Cancellation insurance should be obtained by renters through BCAA or other insurance company.Any other info should be directed to the owner.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required within 5 days of booking. Balance of funds must be received 30 days prior to booking date. Deposit instructions will be available upon to booking.
