Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath beach bungalow duplex home has recently been renovated and is beautiful. Located 1 block to the beach in a quiet walk street neighborhood. Nice hardwood floors, fireplace, great kitchen with high end appliances, great master bath with double designer glass sinks and extra large shower head in ceiling. Queen beds in both bedrooms, and a queen sofa bed in the living room, extra twin roll away bed can be made available. 42" plasma TV and comfortable decor and furniture. We also have two additional 2 bedroom bungalow units available that rent for $1150 to $1450 per week at this property, rent together for large groups. Walk or bike to everything!!!

The bungalow is located 1 block to the beach on a romantic pedestrian walk street. Walk 1 block to the beach and boardwalk, and a block to trendy Abbot Kinney shops and restaurants. 15 from LAX airport 20 minutes to Beverly Hills 25 minutes to Hollywood 45 minutes to Disneyland
DSL, local phone service, fax, DVD, plasma TV's with Direct TV/HBO, quality linens and towels, body boards, beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen utensils.
Off peak: $1450 week or $295 per night. Summer/holidays: $1750 week or $325 per night $125 cleaning fee $25 per person per night when over 4 stay
