Specific information about property
The apartment is in a pleasant residential area, surrounded by vineyards and with wonderful views of the hills of Valpolicella. The area is quiet and safe for children and has an attractive park/play area for parents and children. The apartment is on the first floor (no lift) and has one large double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, a modern bathroom with shower, living-room with kitchenette, a balcony outside the bedrooms and a garage. The kitchenette is equipped with 4 gas hobs, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, pans, dishes, cutlery etc. The living room area has one large sofa (can sleep one if required), one armchair and a table with 6 chairs. The owners, Mario and Anne, also run the nearby Parry Bed and Breakfast and are available to help you organize your stay in Negrar. If you like they will organize trips to some of the local Valpolicella vineyards. Just come by in the morning and have a chat and a coffee with Mario who will help you to plan your time in Negrar.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Negrar is a traditional old town in a beautiful valley in the Valpolicella area. The town centre is five minutes' walk from the apartment, and is famous for its pizzerias and restaurants. The area is known for the production of Valpolicella wine, including top of the market Amarone, Ripasso and Recioto.
Negrar is 12 km from Verona and 25 km from Lake Garda. It is an excellent base for holidays whatever your tastes – swimming in the lake or in many of the nearby swimming pools, walks in the hills, wine tasting and wonderful restaurants, music and opera, museums and churches and visits to Venice, Padua, Mantua, Rovereto, Trento and Bolzano. Gardaland (22km) is the most popular theme park in Italy with entertainment for all ages.
The Lessinia mountains are just north of Negrar. Ponte di Veja is Europe’s largest natural bridge and the Molina Waterfall Park is a great day out for the family. If you enjoy walking or horse-riding, Mario will be delighted to share his local knowledge.

The nearest supermarket, Lidl, is 2 mins walk from apartment. Other small shops with local specialities can be found in the town centre while the supermarket Famila offers a wider choice. Negrar has a lively market on Mondays. The Sacro Cuore hospital is known throughout Italy and beyond for its high standards of care and efficiency. Cancellation fees:
20% from booking time to 30 days before arrival
50% from 29 to 10 days
80% less than 10 days
Departure 11.00, arrival 16.00 Saturdays, other arrangements possible in low season.

30% deposit on booking. Balance due one month before arrival. Deposit refunded in full if apartment is returned without damage. Sorry, no credit cards.
