The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils; everything you need to enjoy dining at home. And there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The living room is equipped with a flat panel LCD TV/DVD connected to cable service and we also have a CD player with an MP3 jack. Free Wireless high speed internet is included. No smoking inside the apartment and around the building. As our guests, you will have full access to all the amenity and use of all equipment in the exercise room.

Description of surrounding area and attractions
Our condominium is located in the hub of the City Centre. Within 20 minutes, you could be in Downtown Vancouver. The skytrain will take you to the Science Centre, the Vancouver Museum and Space Centre, the Maritime Museum, Sunset Beach and Vancouver's famous Granville Island Public Market with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and of course the market. You can also rent kayaks and boats from shops on Granville Island and Deep Cove, Bicycle rental is available at the Stanley Park.
In the Shopping mall nearby, you could find a grocery store, several Starbucks and other coffee shops, convenience stores, beer and wine stores, many fabulous restaurants. For the business traveler you are minutes away from the downtown business district.

An advance payment of 50% Rental amount is due at the time of booking. The balance 50% owing for the remainder of the stay is due 30 days prior to arrival.
