Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
All house rental rates are payable by bank transfer. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable when booking. The balance to be paid four weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday term. Bed linen and towels: we charge 10 Euros for a dble & 5 euros for a single and 10 Euros for 2 bath and 2 hand towels, payable in cash on the day. Optional.

Deposits:
A 250 Euro cash security deposit is held. This will be returned after the final inspection has taken place, there is a flat breakage rate of 30 Euros unless replaced. Missing items carry full cost.
