New kitchen cabinets, including a pullout pantry. Top of the line appliances, including refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and drop in stove. The counter tops are granite. All utensils are provided including a complete set of matching china, long stem crystal wine/water glasses and silverware. The build in desk area includes a telephone, printer/scanner/fax machine and FREE wireless internet service. The floors are tiled throughout except the bedroom which is carpeted.

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

The rates start at $125. per night with discounts for stays of 7 nights or more.
The cleaning fee is $85. HI Tax is 11.42% and fully refundable security deposit of $200 assuming no damage, no smoking and no fines by the association.
Rates are subject to change at anytime.
Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days in advance.

 Deposits:

50% required at the time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
