At Haddon Hollow enjoy tranquility and nature on 35 acres of woods and a private pond. Situated in a samll scenic valley that is just 10 minutes from downtown Wisconsin Dells. Enjoy total peace and privacy and get close to nature. Sit on our large deck overlooking the pond, enjoy watching the abundance of wildlife that frequents our property. Sit by the fire at night and gaze at the stars. Haddon Hollow is an ideal place for large groups to meet such as family reunions, retreats, multiple family get-togethers, and business meetings. We have two buildings, the main house has four bedrooms, two full baths, and sleeps 11 while the coach house has one bedroom, one full bath and sleeps 9. The main house has a large great room with cathedral ceiling overlooking the deck and pond. There is a 25 foot high field stone fireplace with second-floor balcony overlooking the great room. Couch house will not be rented to a separate party.

Additional information about surrounding area and attractions:
We are just ten minutes for the world famous Wisconsin Dells with it's scenic boat rides, many water parks and a large selection of resturants. There are world class golf courses just a short dirve from our property as well as the many ski areas for winter time enjoyment. Snowmobile trails are just down the road from our property. For the shopper, there is pleny in the Dells itself or visit the outlet mall just outside of town. Please visit the Wisconsin Dells website for a listing of all that there is to do.
Additional information about amenities:
Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigearator and microwave. We have a washer and dryer, bring your own detergent. Air conditioning in both buildings and a wood buring stove in the main house. We have a TV in both buildings with a DVD and VCR player in the main house. Large deck with plent of chairs. A fire pit, bring your own wood. Tennis court and plenty of yard to set up vollyball or any games that requrie a large open field.

Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:
High season, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Jan, Feb, $450.00 per night for the main house and $150.00 per night for the coach house if needed in addition to the main house. Value season, Dec, Nov, March, April, May, $350.00 per night for the main house and $120.00 per night for the coach house. Rent weekly in high season for $3600.00 (both buildings) or value season for $2800.00 (both buildings) No refunds givin unless rerented for the same period and the same price less 10%. service charge.
Deposits:
A deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rent is required to make a reservation.
