A pontoon boat is included for your convenience for getting to and from our island, for fishing and for joy riding while watching the beautiful scenery..
Our "Peak Season" runs from Mem. Day week-end thru Labor Day week-end when our rates are $500 per day or $3,200.00 per week for up to six people which inc. the use of our island home and a pontoon boat. Addit. people over age 12 are charged $30 per day.. Our "Off Peak" Seasons run for May 1st. up to Mem. Day week-end and then again from after Labor Day up thru Nov. 1st when our daily rate is reduced to $375 per day for up to six people or $2,500.00 per week and also inc. a pontoon boat.
Our week-end deposit is $300 and our weekly deposit is $500..All deposits are non-refundable but returned in full within 10 days of your departure assuming there are no damages to our property.
