This house is situated on one of the most beautiful Puget Sound beaches. The Master bedroom and Guest bedroom both have beautiful water views with outside porches. Master bedroom with queen bed has stunning water view & outside porch & wood burning fireplace, and Guest bedroom has water view with access to wrap around porch. This area is perfect for fishing, and a boat launch is close by for those who wish to bring their boat.

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Jun 01-Sep 30: $500/night 4 night minimum, $3200/week

Oct 01-May 31: $300/night 4 night minimum, $2000/week

Cancellation Policy: 45+ days, $150 fee. No refunds for cancellations past 45 days.

Cleaning Fee:$150

Washington State Sales Tax of 9.5% applies. Cancellation 45 or more days before arrival = $150 refund. Full rental fees are due 45 days prior to arrival. No refund thereafter.
