Specific information about property
This top floor condo is home for my husband and I whenever we visit our family in Park City. The condo is co-owned by our daughter, son in law and 2 beautiful grandsons who live in Park City year round.
The condo is in a great location. No car necessary, the free bus service has a stop right outside the building and has access to all 3 ski resorts, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and the Canyons as well as Park City's historic Main Street with its great shopping, dining and galleries.
The condo is warm and comfortable and has a wood burning fireplace for extra cosiness after a fantastic day in the famous Utah powder. There is a full kitchen that has all the dishes/cookware/glassware needed for a quiet night at home. Alternatively there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk, a steak place, our favourite Vietnamese, a bistro, great Mexican, a bagel cafe to name just a few.
There is a small market next door, a Seven Eleven a couple of minutes walk away and a full size grocery store about 10 minutes walk. Coin operated laundry facilities are on the same floor.
There is a large indoor hot tub on the ground floor, a great place to meet other guests in Carriage House and exchange skiing stories. An outdoor heated pool is adjacent to the hot tub and has BBQ facilities.
Winter or summer Park City is a wonderful place to visit and we strive to provide a friendly, efficient, personalised service to all our guests
