Magnolia Beach is a small fishing village 10 miles from Port Lavaca, Texas which has a nice grocery (HEB), Super Wal-Mart, great seafood, Mexican food and BBQ, bowling alley, Movies and shopping! Magnolia Beach is a short drive from Port O'Conner and Seadrift which both have great seafood! For the golfers Port Lavaca offers a unique 9 hole course and there are many nice golf courses in Victoria a short 40 minute drive away.

Great place to stay to take day trips to Corpus Christi, Texas State Aquarium, Aransas Wildlife refuge, Only 150 miles to San Antonio to see the Alamo, riverwalk and many other great sights.

Magnolia Beach is known for it's migratory birds including the Roseatte Spoonbill as well as great fishing in the bay

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

High Season May 1st through Memorial weekend.

High Season Rates are $170 per night (2 night minimum) or $1,050.00 per week. 6% hotel tax is required on all stays that are less than 30 days.

Off season rates are $145.00 per night or $950.00 per week + tax.

Longer term rentals are availabel at a further discounted rate by contacting the owners.

 Deposits:

The deposit is 1/2 of the total rental. Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds 30 days prior to arrival require a $25.00 processing fee.

Actual Damage deposit is either Credit Card or $500 cash depsoit. NO HOLD IS PLACED ON YOU CREDIT CARD unless damage is incurred!

Pet fee is $30.00 (total) in addition to the rental fee.
