460 Vetch Ct., Oceanwoods, on Kiawah Island, SC 29455. Kiawah is a 10 mile long island, 1.5 miles wide with a spectacular beach...100 yards wide at low tide...easy for children of all ages. There are also 5 golf courses on the island. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the wonderful city of Chrarleston is only a 25 minute drive away.
Specific information about property
Our's is a single cottage...among several others (maybe 60 total) all nestled in the woods...BUT the best part is we are just steps away from a ten-mile long beach. Our cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and new bath for the Master Bedroom. We have all the appliances and TVs you would expect, and an extra large deck. Hot water is provided by the Rinnai system...unlimited hot water all fueled by propane.
We have a wonderful management company on Kiawah who will help with keys, gate passes, or any problems that occur.
Our place has been a very popular rental especially from June to October...so it is important to book early. If you need more cottages we have friends who also rent out and that shouldn't be a problem.
KIawah Island is a gated community, so access is controlled, resulting in a very safe envirornment.
