The house has gone through a total renovation. The decorating team has put the final touches on the house for the first spring rentals. This smoke free house is in a very quiet area, but only minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment. At ground level is a brand new 14 X 30 heated pool (at NO additional cost during the shoulder weeks) and hot tub. These are both available mid April through mid October. Bed linens, bath towels, and starter supplies are provided year round for your added convenience. When you arrive your beds will be made and towels waiting for you. It's like being in a hotel! No need to stand in line on check in day, you'll be given a keyless entry code that will be your unique number during your stay. There are 4 bedrooms, with one master on the top level. Each bedroom and great room has a TV and DVD player, with a library of current title and older movies. Another TV has a DVD player and WII with games. Extensive decking in the front of the house allows you to enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the ocean or an evening snack on the ship's watch to see the sun set over the sound. The house is situated only 250 feet from the beach and the protected area is at the rear. There is still a lot of beach in this area of Nags Head and always plenty of room to spread out. All the bedding, furnishing, and the interior and the exterior of the house in general, are new. The kitchen is fully equipped for the most discriminating cook, has granite counter tops, new cupboards, and stainless steel appliances. In the off season the wood burning fireplace adds to the charm of the house. Internet access is available and all long distance phone calls within the Continental USA are free of charge, If you have a little one with you, there is a baby gate and high chair. It's a rare find to see a completely renovated house in Nags Head at this price. A full size volleyball court and beach toys are available for guests use.
