We have 3 RUSTIC CABINS, Newly Remodeled ( each is described below).
The Cabin has a Living-Dining, Kitchen(fully equipped), Bedroom(sleeps 4 including Sofa bed in Living Room), Bath, 2 LCD TV, 2 DVD, Wi/Fi, Washer-Dryer, Private Patio Overlooking Lake Champlain with table and chairs, Paved Sidewalk to the Beach and Dock.
The Boathouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Great Room with fully equipped kitchen, SLEEPS 6 with 2 on Futon Sofabed in Great Room, 2 LCD TV with DVD, WiFi Internet. It has a Covered Deck overlooking a Private Garden which is shared with the owners along with sidewalk to Beach and Dock,
The Little Great Camp Cabin Has a Sleeping Loft plus a Double Sofa Bed in the Living Room to sleep up to 4. It has 1 LCD TV and 1 DVD.
Each Cabin has its own Gas Grill.
All 4 units share the Beach on Lake Champlain, The 124' Dock with Deck and Chairs over Lake as well as a Deck at the Beach next to the dock ramp.
We have a peddle boat, row boat, canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 mountain bicycles for your use at no additional charge.
You share these with the other cabins.
