Great Camp 310 is a single property with 2 - One Bedroom Newly Remodeled Rustic Cabins. Each has one bedroom with Queen Bed and LCD TV, one full bath with shower, Great Room with Dining Table, Full Sofa Bed, LCD TV with DVD, Kitchen with Range, Refrigerator, Mictowave, Toaster, Electric Can Opener, all cooking and eating utensils found in most homes (for 6 persons). One has a private patio,with direct lake front location, one has a deck which has the main Camp walkway at its front. Both habe Propane Grill.

We have a 124' Dock where 2 boats may be docked (1 Per cabin), Private Beach, Row boat to share.

Great camp is not a large resort, it is a state of mind, It is a place where you can relax, boat, swim, fish, hike, cross country ski in the winter.

50 miles from Montreal,PQ Canada and Lake Placid , Whiteface Mountain, NY.

 Lodging tax: 8%

 Cleaning fee: $35

 Minimum stay: 1 Day(s)

 Rates, Cancellation And Refund Policy:

Memorial Day to Labor Day $ 750.00 per week or $150.00 per Day - 3 Day Minimum
Out of season $ 100.00 per night, $ 500.00 per week, $ 1500. month, Discounts for longer multiple months(out of season only) Deposits will be refunded with 30 Days notice. We recommend trip interuption insurance.
