This charming Tahoe condo has all new furniture and furnishing and is located in the most beautiful vacation spot in Nevada. Tahoe summit village is a four season resort area for the whole family. Just steps away from many famous ski areas., such as stagecoach and Boulder lodges . World famous Heavenly valley is just minutes away. When there is no snow there are loads of activities to explore such as hiking and biking at the Tahoe rim trail . At 6200 feet it is always enjoyable in the summer. Or, off to the lake for water-skiing and sailing . Just down the road is an enjoyable restaurant and pub, the Fox and the Hound for some great food. For the adults you are only minutes away from the exciting nightlife of the casinos that never close. To get you there the gobus stops right outside your door every 20 minutes all year long. This condo is a two level one bedroom , 2 bath unit. But there is plenty of room with the large king size bed and two pull-out love seats.

Rates vary from season to season ranging from $65.00 per night to $200.00 per night depending on holidays. Please call or email for rates. Thre is a flat $110.00 cleaning fee plus the Nevada state room tax. This unit is managed by a managemnet company for your convience. They are there to facilitate your payments and any extras that you might need to make your stay enjoyable. Upon request we will fax or email you the rental contract to get your reservation expidated.
