We are located in a family neighborhood across the street from a newer elementary school. Our property sits on approximately 17,000 square feet of land. Our climate is very dry and sunny with occasional trade winds roaring through. There is a local golf course not far from us. Six miles down the road is the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter rides. A great way to see the Island. They fly you over the current lava flow. Very exciting! Beautiful upscale Hotels just a few miles away, including the Waikoloa Hilton and the Dolphin Discovery Center where adults and children can swim with the dolphins in a pool with trained instruction. Waimea is just a beautiful 20 minute drive for some of the Islands finest gourmet dining! The Big Island has it all! Horse backriding, jeep rides, scuba diving, hiking, boating, fishing and even skiing on top of Mauna Kea part of the year! Come to our Island, you will be glad you did!
