Great question...Here's the answer....NOTHING can beat the location and views so I'll keep this fair and only comment on the condo.....please look at these photos very carefully, perfect paint, perfect furnishings,custom molding and artwork everywhere. The Kitchen and all cooking and eating utensils are brand new, all matched glasses and cutlery. This is the difference between a "Home" and a rental property.
This is our "home" it is as close to perfect as we can keep it...all the time. We are competitively priced ...and have over 50 vacationer "5-star" reviews to prove it!
Touches like Fresh NEW pillows, replaced on a regular schedule, new sheets and brand new top of the line Sealy Posturepedic King Size beds with Fresh Tropical comforters.
Trust me on this....Kauai is filled with typical well worn rental accommodations that might save you $10-15/night. We spend the difference creating and maintaining a top notch home that allows you the vacationer to feel relaxed and comforted from the moment you open the door.....
