This deluxe 1 bedroom/1 bath suite is located on the top floor of Hale Pua our second home on property. The bedroom has a king size bed w/ air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan to make sure you get a good night sleep in preparation for your busy activity schedule for just a relaxing day at the beach. It has a full gourmet kitchen with a nice bar which opens up to the great room. The great room has an entertainment center with a 27 inch cable TV, DVD, VCR, AM/FM, CD player. There is a 19" TV in the bedroom and the couch makes into a queen bed.
Asia Fusion is the theme of the furnishings - we have blended some of our personal Chinese antiques together with Hawaiiana to come up with an inviting look and feel to the room. Breakers is wi-fi enabled so if you feel you can’t survive without the internet just bring your laptop if you must!

We are located right in heart of Poipu Beach only 3 houses from Poipu Beach Park which was voted the #1 beach by the Travel Channel. Located inbetween the Poipu Sheraton & Kauai's Grand Hyatt. Walking distance to 3 great restaurants, tennis courts, snorkeling, swimming, and boogey boarding. It doesn't get much better than

WI-FI provided in all of our suites. 3 of our suites have a/c and all have ceiling fans in all rooms, gourmet kitchens, fully supplied linens, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Gas BBQ grill, hairdryer, laundry facility on site - we provide detergent and dryer sheets, private parking, coffee maker & grinder, dishwasher, beach towels, chairs, cooler & Unlimited Sunshine!

Deposits:

DEPOSITS : We need to receive one half the total due (these funds will act
as your deposit) within 7 days of booking in order to hold your
reservation. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival.

RENT : The full rental payment is 60 days prior to arrival, except for
reservations which include the dates 12/20-/1/06; this full rental payment
is due 90 days prior to arrival. If your payment is not received by the
due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. Rents must be
paid in U.S. funds.
