$79 to $100 per night plus 13% Hi State tax. Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival. Only $500 is required per reservation. Cancellation fee is $100. 100% refund if written cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival. If less than 30 day cancellation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the apt. Monies will be deducted for the number of days the condo is not re-rented. Any losses due to last minute cancellations will be deducted, along with $100 cancellation fee.
No security deposit is required, a credit card will be taken and no charges will be made unless there are damages or losses to the condo. $500 is required for early bookings, applied towards rent.
