Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would want including: beautiful dishes, bambo silverware, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice maker, electic chopper,crock pot, muffin pan and bread loaf pans, pizza pan, cookie sheets, toaster, flat panel stove, dish washer, place matts, table cloth, pots and pans, serving dishes and some spices and staples. Laundryroom and large gas BBQ outside, island foliage in yard, beach equipment including towels, matts, chairs, ice chest, umbrella and boogie boards, 3 TV's with cable and 2 VCR/DVD players and a 50+ library, one being flat panel in master bedroom, WIFI included, blow dryer and curling iron provided, all original art from island and owner, sea grass, wicker & teak furniture, Fans in every room, best decorated home for this price, carport and house recently painted sea blue. Restaurants, grocery, library, public beach & hospital close by. Poipu is 15-20 minutes away and airport in Lihue is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Tennis courts close by and surfing, of course. List of my favorite things provided upon booking.
