Affordable Paradise with an Ocean View - The Seaview Suite and Ti'Room
The Seaview Suite is a nicely furnished one-bedroom apartment in a quiet, upscale Kalaheo neighborhood: away from the crowds, but near the activities you enjoy. It features a full kitchen, king bed, and virtually everything you'll need for a fabulous stay on the Garden Island. The neighboring Ti'Room Suite (pronounced tea-room) is an efficiency apartment with king bed, kitchenette, and similar amenities. Each suite has a private lanai entrance, with panoramic ocean views beyond the surrounding coffee fields.

The property is three blocks from Kukuiolono Golf Course, a popular municipal course, and a short drive from the Kiahuna and Poipu Bay courses. The same short drive will take you to the Poipu Beach resort area, while local favorite Salt Pond Beach Park is a few minutes' drive to the west. A few miles further west are the forested hiking trails of Kokee and Waimea Canyon State Park.
We try to anticipate your every need, and provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers, and the like. For those who can't live without it, there is also wireless internet access in the suites and surrounding area.
The Seaview Suite is $95 per night, and the Ti'Room is $75 per night. We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates as well. A deposit of $150 is required to secure a reservation. The deposit will be refunded for cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled less than 30 days in advance, the deposit may be refunded if the unit is re-booked.
