This one story home is set 40’ from the shoreline and has a 180 degree view of the ocean, along with rugged Hawaiian mountains behind it.

With 200' of beach in front of the estate and over 1/2 mile of adjacent white beach, surfing, sun bathing, snorkeling, diving, tide pooling and swimming will all be available to you and your family. The beach is a favorite place for families and local fisherman.

The estate is set on 2.2 acres that has the look and feel of a beautiful park. As you enter this estate, the home has 6-20' lava rock pillars supporting the homes grand entry. Upon entering the two custom glass entry doors, you walk into the Grand Ballroom that is 30' x 50' and has 24' vaulted ceilings with 6 chandeliers. This room has 8-10' circular windows 45' from the beach.

The dining room is large with a comfortably sized custom built hutch and two chandeliers. The custom built dining room table seats 16 with an incredible view of the ocean.

The kitchen has a large capacity refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, gas stove and two ovens. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, bar with granite top and a specacular view of the ocean.

The remainder of the custom home has vaulted ceilings in each room with custom rock, hardwood and tile floors.All of the bedrooms are carpeted and have custom built dressers and storage areas. The home is air-conditioned throughout with large windows that open to the ocean and the mountains.
