Many 5-star restaurants within 30 minutes from the house. Shopping only 30 minutes in Destin or Pier Park in Panama City beach. 23 mile long bike path along 30-A, right by the entrance to the community. The most beautiful beaches are only 5 minutes from the house.
Additional information about amenities:
Zero-entry pool, outdoor fireplace and extra large gas grill all at thr community clubhouse, also a 12 hole putting park just across from the pool.
