Complex has very nice landscaping and includes a swimming pool. Unit is two stories with the bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Second bedroom has a view of the ocean. Unit is located East of A1A. Washer and Dryer inside the unit. Two balconies and a porch for outside sitting. Nice smaller intimate complex. Unit is fully furnished and turn key for rental. Just bring your tooth brush and clothes.

enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer including beautiful beaches you can drive on and wonderful historic sites downtown 10 -15 minutes. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping near by the condo. Complex has on onsite resident manager. No smoking or no pets. St Augustine pier is close by. Marineland is about a 30 minute drive south on A1A. Fishing is excellent and there are charterboats you can hire. St Augustine is also home to World Golf Village which is a about a 25 minute drive from the unit. Orlando attractions are a 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive.
Complex has a community pool. You can walk to shops and places to eat out. Beach is right outside the complex.
May 24th - August 23rd $725 per week and $1,900 per month August 24th - December 31st $650 per week $1,400 per month Jan - April $725 per week, $1,550 per month. January - March. Ask about other months. Add 9% sales tax and $85 cleaning fee for weekly rental, $150 for monthly rental
